"The Largest Ethnic

Pageant in the world"

The Miss Middle East USA Beauty Pageant was founded by president of the Middle Eastern Chamber of Commerce, Ben Kalasho. He is also the founder of N-Pin, a global awareness campaign against the persecution of minorities by ISIS. Ben is also the founder and president of The Royals Masquerade Ball, a charity which raises gift cards for the homeless in San Diego. The Miss Middle East USA Beauty Pageant serves as a platform for up-and-coming Middle Eastern women in the United States. This pageant allows contestants the opportunity to expand their intelligence, talents, beauty, and culture. It also fulfills their goals, dreams, and career aspirations. Contestants receive the necessary tools and guidance in order to better assist them in their professional endeavors. They gain personal growth & development, networking opportunities, and achieve humanitarian goals. Ben's wife, Jessica Kalasho, plays a vital role in working hands-on with the contestants. She trains the girls on routines, speech, and poses. Together, they uplift the entire Middle Eastern community.

Founder & President

The empowerment of women has been a long standing goal of mine since my early teens. As a Middle Eastern, when we speak about the equal rights for women we aren't talking about pay or benefits, no! We are so behind the rest of the world that when we talk about women's rights we are referring to basic human rights. The freedom to wear what you want, marry who you want, vote, drive and have equal standings in court and community. It's my life's mission to achieve these things for Middle Eastern women, everywhere. The Pageant is a vehicle for such bold and empowering steps. We owe it to our girls, our women, our future, because who would we be not to do this?
